LICENSING OPENS DOORS FOR BALTIMORE PIZZA COMPANY

Baltimore, MD --- With an established chain of 54 pizza restaurants in 16 states throughout the U.S., mamma ilardo's Corporation is introducing a licensing program for potential business partners beginning March 1, 2001. The licensing program will open doors for the Baltimore-based corporation, attracting new business partners that otherwise would be unable to do business with mamma ilardo's.

Existing foodservice operators and restaurant owners can now easily add mamma ilardo's pizza program to their existing menu offering. Previously, those interested in partnering with mamma ilardo's would look to open a Pizzeria or Express Pizza restaurant. For operators who already owned an establishment, this meant investing in and starting a separate business. Often, this was not a viable option. In contrast, the licensing program allows operators to introduce mamma ilardo's pizza into their current menu offering while keeping their investment to a minimum. The program also provides ongoing support in the form of product preparation, training and marketing.
